Unfortunately, he couldn't help but lie repeatedly in his speech. Hell, the first lie came when he introduced himself to the nation by stating: I'm also a heart surgeon, with over 20 years' experience ... " He may have been a heart surgeon prior to his election to Congress back in 2004.
