LA-04: Carmouche Put On DCCC's Red to Blue List by: ryan Fri Jun 20, 2008 at 08:00:00 AM CDT This week, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee announced that Caddo Parish District Attorney Paul Carmouche, who is currently running for Rep. McCrery's seat in Congress, has been placed on their Red to Blue Open Seats list. The Red To Blue list is a fundraising mechanism for the DCCC.
